    Description

    Antique Musical Twirling Marotte Bisque Head Doll w/Wood Handle!! 1800's era
    This is a rare one of a kind original marotte doll!  When you hold the wooden stick and twirl the head, it makes music!
    She has a bisque head and shoulders with felt hat and a line of blonde hair attached to the hat.
    Her clothing is a wonderful silk with embellishments along the edges of each hanging strip and lace collar. Each hanging strip of silk has a small pompom at the end to match the one on her hat.
    She has blue/gray set eyes and an open mouth with teeth.
    There is a mark that looks like a "2" on the back of her bisque head (see photo)
    No cracks or damage to her head or face.
    12 inches tall including stick.
    All original and in wonderful condition!!
