Vtg Antique Meerschaum Pipe w/Case velvet suede Estate

I'm not an expert on pipes, please look closely at the pictures.
The pipe is in typical used condition.  It shows signs of use, wear.  The case is velvet on the inside, and a soft what feels like suede (calf skin?) on the outside.  The case shows some discoloration and some of the trim is missing.
Please look closely at the pictures, they're a fair representation of actual condition (and part of the description).
The items I sell come from estate sales, public auctions, flea markets, garage sales, etc.
